Stock the Pond

Let's stock the pond with fresh fish. The pond was last stocked on Saturday, June 6th at 9:54 am.

Run autopays.

You must run your autopays to get them current before proceeding. If the payments aren't posted before the pond is stocked, you'll wind up calling customers for no reason. For instructions on running autopays, click here.

Enter online payments.

Payments made on our website via Transaction Express will appear here. You must enter these payments in AIMsi before proceeding. Enter them as normal rental payments with the "Transaction Express" payment method. Delete them when you're finished.

There are no payments to process! You're good to go.
  • Payments received since last pond stock:

Upload the AIMsi data.

Copy the data from your AIMsi exported Excel sheet and paste it in the box below. (See instructions)

Getting the AIMsi data

  1. In AIMsi, go to REPORTS > CATALOG > CONTRACTS > CONTRACT STATEMENTS.
  2. Select the defaults:
    • Rental (Autopay)
    • Rental (Monthly)
  3. Select store locations:
    • CMS Downtown
    • CMS Eastside
  4. In "Date Range," select the first and last days of the current month. For example, if today is some time June 7th, we'd go from 06/01/2019 to 06/30/2019.
  5. Check the box for "Print if Autopay."
  6. It should look something like this (NOTE: We're not selecting "MMR" anymore):
  1. Click OK
  2. In the "Select Output Destination" box, select "File" and "Excel (XLS)" and then click on the button.
  1. Select a name and location where you'll be able to find the file when it's done. Then click OK and OK.
  2. When AIMsi is done exporting, go find the Excel file you just created and open it.
  3. Select any cell, and then press CTRL-A to select the entire sheet, and CTRL-C to copy it.
  4. Come back to this page, put the cursor in the box below, and press CTRL-V to paste the data. It will look weird, but leave it as it is!
  5. Click "Upload Fishes!"

NOTE: Depending upon how much data you have, this may take a while. Do NOT hit the upload button again.
